XGL + ATI Xpress 1250 + compiz (Samsung R20)

Вобщем давно хотел чтоб Compiz на ноуте красовался но вот и свершилось.
Установка проста до безумия но есть то что мне не понравилось.
До Запуска Xgl на команду fglrxinfo выводится что рендеринг включён и тип видеокарты указан верно.
Но как только я включаю xgl gnome-xgl-switch --enable-xgl
на команду fglrxinfo выводится
display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
OpenGL version string: 1.2 (2.1 Mesa 6.5.3)
И не работает 3d в программах.
А сам Compiz пашет и вполне прилично.
Что делать в какую сторону копать?

У меня ATI Radeon X1600, я вообще удалил Xgl перед установкой драйверов, компиз и 3д пашут.

Как запустить без XGL compiz не пускается!!

Ставил дрова несколько раз согласно этим ссылкам, компиз всегда работал без Xgl, а по второй даже видео можно смотреть при включенном компизе.

Кстати сейчас появился новый вариант компиза - fusion-icon, настоятельно рекомендую ставить именно его, а не compiz-fusion.

Нихрена не работает Устал уже!!! XGL позволял отрисовывать но медленно. Без XGL согласно ссылкам не работает

Кто нибудь популярно может описать как сделать так чтоб работал Compiz на ATI Xpress 1250. И ещё как производить замену дров ATI а то накатом более нового драйвера приводит к неработоспособности старого и нового.
Да может кто ставил на ноут radionhd драйвера и как включить у них изменение яркости монитора ноута. На проприетарных работает эта фишка.

"I am running Compiz without Xgl on fglrx". Я сам по этому мануалу ставил еще полгода назад и все работало на ура.
Сейчас вообще другой дистр поставил и fusion-icon с полпинка завелся.
2) Насчет вывода fglrxinfo.
Там должно быть про ATI, а не про mesa.
Можно попробовать следующее:

# modprobe fglrx
# aticonfig --initial

Сбросить иксы и проверить вывод команды
# glxinfo | grep rendering
Какой дистр кстати?

Я переставил дрова ATI по свежее, но слетел XGL в чем прикол не понимаю хотя конфиг прежний
